March 6, 201016 yr Hi there, just had the carport tiled with a combination of tiles/sandwash. It's not the best of jobs as in some areas the grains start coming out already. I was wondering if there is some kind of coating i can put on the sandwash to keep it from disintegrating and also to make the surface smoother for easier cleaning ? I know i should have gotten better workers to begin with, but that advice comes too late, unfortunately ! Can anyone help ? Thanks Mike
