Apologies if this is covered somewhere, but could not find it on TV or VFS website.....

Last year g/f's tourist visa application was rejected.

She is now going to apply again, with reasons for the first rejection addressed and rectified.

She lives in my condo in Chiang Mai. Does she need to attend VFS, Bangkok in person again to hand it in? She did all the biometric stuff last time.

Makes me wonder why we bother having a consulate in Chiang Mai.......

It's an honorary post, for which the post holder gets paid peanuts. The Honorary Consul is there, on behalf of the FCO, to represent the interests and provide emergency support to British Citizens in the area and is nothing to do with UK Visas.
