MartinL
I've been trying to buy a helmet from Real online too. They have the helmet in colour & size I want, I've confirmed I want to go ahead & pay but, after two weeks and a couple more e-mails, they won't tell me HOW to pay for the helmet, so no progress. Don't these companies want to sell their products? I'm off to Singapore in a few weeks so, if Real still don't to play ball, I'll buy there. I bought both of my Real helmets in store, main reason being I was worried about sizing and a good thing too, their sizes are a little bit tight. GD, I hope you ordered a large one for that head of yours

In Thailand the common rule for sending an email is as followed: Send an email>phone the company ask for the manager>inform them that they have an email in their inbox. LivinLOS
A year or so ago thier email service was superb.. Responses in minutes, everything clear and well presented in english, all made sense. I was impressed and came away feeling like 'that was an unusual thai mail order'.. Cut to a couple of months ago, unreplied emails, one line mangled tinglish, not answering the question.. Etc.. Seems whoever was good with the email left !!

Be very careful to order online as they seem to have a problem with the size of this particular model. I have a gj-603 model at size M 58-59 which is a tight fit and compares with the size I used with helmets from Europe. Today I went to a shop in Pattaya to try the ozzy model. At size M it was way to big so I tried a size S and it could use but I guess I would need a XS to have the same fit as with the GJ-603 size M. GungaDin
I tried on a xxl Ozzy in the "showroom" and it was a much better fit than my white GJ-603 xxl. I hope they have the white Ozzy in stock now. I know Allan wants to try it on..... 2 melons for the price of one. I understand that they make 2 shells and just change the liners for size. That's maybe where the problem lies? Neverdie Pinhead ......... shutup.

MartinL
Called "Real" on the number given in this thread and, after speaking - in English - to a very helpful girl, I had payment details by e-mail within 10 minutes. The e-mail said they don't use their English language online shop much so that probably explains the slow reaction.

GungaDin
It fits better than the GJ-603 xxl, is my main reason for buying it. It has two visors , one clear, one dark, inside one another & it might get DOT approval. Big choice of colors, black or white, and it's an open face. GungaDin
^^^^ Delivery promised for Thursday. I asked about the cost of spare visors and spare lining. I think he quoted a dual price, so I backed off. Will be interesting to see the online price of spares, if they ever get 'round to updating their website.
