A Thai friend has decided to start a free service taking care of soi dogs, particularly neutering and rabies shots. She's a determined person and will see it through at whatever level she can and she tends to think big; she is now researching the basics of a mobile bus and various costs. She has a large piece of land outside Bangkok she is currently building a community on and intends to incorporate facilities into this.

I have pointed out that it would be good practice to look more closely at any existing central or local government and charitable organisations already involved in this, and I do recall one post a while ago mentioning one, but can't find it again. Nothing worse than wasting resources by bad communication and poor strategy.

If anyone would be kind enough to give any pointers they may have for information gathering, I'd be very grateful. Assume zero knowledge!
