HansBlinkers Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 Is there anywhere in town that sell second hand LCD TV's? I'm sure there has to be a place that sell repossessed goods. Anyone know?
JimShortz Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 Best not to bother with a secondhand TV in Thailand. There are some shops on the North side of the moat in Chiang Mai selling secondhand stuff that people have traded in for quick cash, but even if you find an LCD TV there it will be so overpriced as to cost nearly as much as a new one! There are some great offers on LCD TVs in the shops at the moment; especially if you are not bothered about it being Full HD
SomchaiCNX Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 He must be Dutch, so it is against his religion if he did not try. A new one is your best choice as the ones mentioned above are not that cheap at all, Jim is right about that.
lightbulb Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 I have a 32 inch - going for 6000 bht - its a Haier HD but its in BKK (and its a Haier)
Deke Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 You could try checking the pawn shops to see when they auction off their unclaimed stuff.
