Broadband Connection

Featured Replies

I have been trying to find a broadband connection for my PC

I live about 60 kilometres north west of Bkk and have a TA phone

line, do you know any companys that can connect me.

just call True and the other provider and ask, if that does not help, IPSTAR is working everywhere. If it is good or not is a long discussion, but it is 1000 percent better than dialup.

Are you sure you have a TRUE (TA) phone line? They were confined to Bangkok AFAIK unless they have recently broken out.

When you are sure you should contact them and ask if ADSL service is available in your area (service is limited by distance from phone office in many places). No company can connect you if your phone company can not provide the ADSL service.

Fairly sure u can get TA all over the place now :o

My True bill comes with a pamphlet every month, one of the things advertised is broadband, look through yours (if you get one of course).

All in Thai so the missus will have to read the detail though.
