I am currently resident in Thailand, I am looking for a Managers position (or part investment) long term.

I have worked in this industry more than 14 years in Bars, Hotels, Restaurants. I have worked, run and part owned numerous establishments with family and friends in the UK, Italy and Spain.

*MOD, the day to day running of the Bar or restaurant in all aspects.

*Maintaining excellence in customer care at all times

*Identifying and selecting suppliers/wholesalers ensuring cost-effectiveness.

*Stock management, rotation, replenishment and stocktaking (fnb shop & stocklink).

*Operational Management

*Personnel Management

*Allocating resources, both human and material, to maximis performance and efficiency.

*Payroll Management, Financial Management GP control, P&L, (ems).

*Interviewing, assessing and recruiting suitable applicants across disciplines.

*Organization and coordinating special events and functions.

*Compliance with Health & Safety and Health & Hygiene legislation.

*Events Management

*Menu: pricing, calculation and creation of new Menus.

*Devising, implementing and delivering in house training.

*Administration, PC, Mac.
