Full-Time Support staff for Diakrit, Bangkok

Looking to earn valuable work experience in a multi-national company?

Diakrit (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is currently looking for talented individuals to join its Support Team in Bangkok. The candidates will work closely with Diakrit's production team and will be in direct contact with our customers in Germany.

Information about Diakrit:

Diakrit International Ltd. is a driving force in Europe when it comes to producing high quality 3D modeling for the real estate sector. With more than 100 employees and representatives in the US, Sweden, China & Thailand, Diakrit now boasts over 1,300 clients worldwide and more customers are signing up daily and the main part consists of Architects and Customer Coordinators. We are expanding our agency and therefore we are looking for a new member to join our Support team.

Information about position:

As part of the Support team, the candidate's main responsibilities will be to maintain daily contact and establish a close working relationship with our customers in Germany. They will communicate with the clients via phone calls and e-mails, answering a wide range of questions about our products & services while handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Qualifications/Demands:

We are looking for an individual with customer service experience and basic computer skills. Fluency in German is a must (both written & oral). Candidates should be team-oriented and ambitious. They should have a strong work ethic, be service-minded and always have the customer's best interests at heart. Experience from a similar position and knowledge in additional languages are advantageous.

This is a full-time position.
