Non-o Visa Extension

I have a need to stay in Thailand for an extra month. I am a UK national and have the above noted visa (issued in Hull) and was originally going back to Scotland on the 20th April. This was ok as the visa runs out on the 25th April. Circumstances have it that I would like to stay for another month.

I have it in my head that I can do a border run prior to the 25th and I will get an extension for 90 days. Am I correct in my thoughts.

I am sure I could find out this info somewhere but I am stuck in an internet cafe out in the sticks in Issan.

Im equally sure the good people on this forum can give me the best advice.

If you are talking about a one year multi entry non immigrant O visa the answer is yes - return before the 25th to obtain a new 90 day stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE. It is the 'enter before' date on the VISA that you must re-enter before, not the permitted to stay until date on your last entry stamp.
