hi everyone

i got a tourist visa with a double entry on april 6 this year...

when i initially enquired about the cost, it was said to be free by the consul general.

she rang me back to say that it was actually $90. i paid.....

questions :

1. if the fee waiver is backdated to march 31 as publicised on local thai tv news channel, can i then request a reimbursement & if so, whom do i approach for it?

2. it was also publicised that some type of tourist insurance is attached to the tourist visa, how can i make a claim on it?

these are serious questions guys.
