He reaches inside the monitor with his right arm, but after the cut to the mirror perspective, it is the left hand that comes out on the other side of the monitor to slap... Those are from the game called Duke Nukem 3d (Made by 3dRealms) from way back when... (January 1996) it was the supposed Doom killer.
