My human has A Negative, which is quite rare in Asia; does anyone know a hot-line where you can check and see if the Chiang Mai blood bank needs A negative, or if Bangkok needs A Negative.

My human has one rabies shot left to go (out of five): anyone know if that might be a factor against being allowed to donate ?
