Karaoke - Royalty Fee Payment

Following on from a previous post about having karaoke in one of my bars - I seemed to have opened a can of worms about to whom I must pay royalty fees for playing of the songs.

(Non-payment of royalty fees is a hot topic in Thailand, with large fines, equipment seizure and even bar closures, so I cannot ignore it).

I think there is no single organisation to whom I must pay these fees. Rather, I must pay to each and every record company.

And what about paying for English and Japanese karaoke songs????
