Hi everyone I've brought for you a list of the 3 best vegtables to burn all the fat you body needs in a short time

1. broccoli is number one .. Green vegetables sucks the water in your body and makes it more Firm

i hava a problem preparing my broccoli and cauliflower i love my health but its hard to get it to be nice to eat. I never liked it much in Holland.. but now i have to prepare it myself.

I thought that Brussels Sprouts were banned under the UN charter as biological weapons.

My ex mother in law used about a handful of salt for each vegetable and then boiled them to death.

Never read so much crap in the one posting. Are you honestly telling people that eating these veg will give me a perfect stomach and abs ? :) IT WON"T!!!!!!

You want a six pack and good abs then you have to exercise. SIMPLE AS THAT!

robblok and billd766 There is so many ways to cook broccoli like BBQ with a steak .. try to have it as a salad side dish everymeal .. if you boil it dont boil it too too too much it will lose their vitamins and there is so many recipties online like egg with broccoli is nice , you can try the soup is nice as well .. if you're a cheese fan try to choose white cheese.

Dear H2oDunc , vegetables are ingredients , how to get a healthy body and fit By 50% workout 50% Diet , here i'm telling you which is the best diet while you workout to get faster results and this is my point is. workout is an independent factor who wants to lose weight has to workout and be in a healthy diet not only doing one thing.

robblok and billd766 there is a nice way i always make my broccoli dish sometimes , Take few vegetables like tomato with broccoli and white cheese .. cover it by foil and keep it in the oven or microwave for 10 - 15 mins .. and have it with chicken breast . :)

Actually a six pack is more diet then exercise. Believe me i can know i train 4-5 times a week and i don't have one (yet) only with a good diet do i start to loose weight (granted while exercising)

You need to eat protien and green vegtables this will be the best compination for your plan .. abs need alot of protien to get bigger from and stronger bones will help ... plus faster metabolism! :)

my body builder friend tells me; diet is 75% of getting the cut.

When we go the market I get 2 carrots, good sized broccoli, good sized cauliflower. When we get home we prepare them straight away. We store them in them plastic bags you can get. Normally divided up into 4 bags with all types of veg in each. We then make the bags airtight (with an elastic band). Then store them in the top shelf of the fridge.

When I feel like a snack, I take one bag out, and put it in the microwave for 5 mins. The veg comes out steamed to perfection. Whilst that is going on boil some water, and dissolve some knorr cubes in. Then put the veg in, mix (I mash the veg a little), and you have a great easy ready meal! Or if you cook some meat your veg is done!

Good idea's i need to get them in my diet. Now my diet is pretty strickt but i need more veggies
