ThaiLife
I know I could have googled this question, but I wanted to see first if any one here has used their iPod Touch and found a Talking Dictionary application ( Thai / English - English /Thai ) . Ive seen plenty of there small talking dictionary's on sale at my local IT mall , but some of them don't look to well made, so I thought if I bought an Apple iPod Touch and used it as a talking dictionary . Any comments , thoughts or suggestions please Thanks TL possible possible
TheLaughingMan
Yes I have numerous language programs for Thai and Japanese on my iphone and ipad. They are compatible with the itouch. ilingo is one of my favorites and includes 40 languages.
Rumblecat
Are you sure iLingo includes Thai? The ones they have on sale on the app store don't have the Thai language, and checking the website they don't seem to have made a Thai language version. Unless this is some app for a jailbroken iPhone / iPod. I'd recommend The Thai Translator. Can put words in via English or via Thai. It's a talking dictionary as well, so you get to hear how the word should be said. There's a Lite version you can try for free as well. Very good app, well worth it.
