I’m in the process of selling a house and land which is ‘owned’ by a Thai company. I am the registered director of the company.

I’m wondering whether other members can share details of what documents are needed at the Lands Title office to process the name change on the chanut.

I’m guessing:

- That the Land Title office will want to see some documentary evidence that I am the authorized person to sign the documents to relinquish the property to the new owner.

- That the Land Title office will want to see proof that that the annual company report /tax report/payments / audit documents of the company are submitted and finalized?

The location is the Pattaya Land Title office.

Appreciate if other member could please share their experience with this situation.

Thanks.

You also need a board meeting minutes of meeting authorising the company to sell the house and land. The minutes must not be more than three months old.
