Now that i have a longer stay in bkk i want to make something productive with my time and due to the fact that i always was interested in learning about buddhist meditation i wonder if anyone could give me some good advice where in bkk i could find a course that teaches farangs .

I can't personally recommend anywhere. But House Of Dhamma seems to be what you might be looking for. Vipassana meditation for beginners, retreats ,etc.

At Wat Mahathat in Bangkok you can study meditation for as long as you like, i.e., whether one day or a hundred days. There is no cost either. Instruction is available in English.

I hear that the california fitness gym is now offering classes in meditation. personally, I haven't attended any of the classes yet. but I thought you might be interested in this info.
