I had to google for psyllium to find out what it actually is and does... To the OP... don't worry about your psyllium... there is a Thai dish called pud puk bung fie daeng (well, that's how it sounds anyway), and it is absolutely delicious... stir fried morning glory in oyster sauce, garlic, and of course chillies. The stuff, whilst extremely tasty, is totally indigestible... and once it passes through your stomach and reaches your colon, will proceed to wrap itself around whatever may be in there and drag it out your nether opening...
