Thomas_Merton Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 There seems to be a huge disparity between the number of views and answers, to the various threads on Music, Books and Movies. I am just wondering whether this really does reflect the interests of Thaivisa’s membership.
meadish_sweetball Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 Books, but I would not want to be without neither music nor movies.
kayo Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 I choose books, but music is a very close second... movies, I love, but have not had a tv for years, nor have I lived close to a cinema for years...
autonomous_unit Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 Can the movies include musical soundtracks and close-up views of books? Otherwise, prefer for what? I'd rather have music for recreation/relaxation because I can make up my own words and thoughts. But I'd need books for work or educating kids, I think...
Jai Dee Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 As an idividual I chose books, but as a couple if I'm with the missus, movies. Taoism: shit happens Buddhism: if shit happens, it isn't really shit Islam: if shit happens, it is the will of Allah Catholicism: if shit happens, you deserve it Judaism: why does this shit always happen to us? Atheism: I don't believe this shit
Insight Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 Music for me, by a long stretch. I buy/play Techno on a weekly basis, but try my best to expose myself to all genres.
devildog683 Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 without music..life would be........dont even want to think about it.........
Rags Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 Music is my first love, and it will be my last......Music from the future, and music from the past....
