Arnold Judas Rimmer of Jupiter Mining Corporation Ship Red Dwarf

There was a few motorbike taxi drivers and a couple of policemen there "busy" looking at the thing when i came by, i stopped for a look(must be turning Thai :) ), and the police told me to "go, go now, boom!", so i went, couldn't help wondering what it was that was a danger to me yet not to the motorbike taxi guys, oh well, now i know! :D .

Fkn stupid prank given the current situation, if that was indeed what it was? :D

The real question here is how three party crackers taped together can become a "fake bomb" in the news ??
