Any hospital should sort that out.

Before you go bathe the toe in hot (as hot as you can bear) salty water and squeeze as much pus out as you can.

:D:o

thank you very much. I do however have extremely distorted toenails with the added bonus of chronic fungal infection. No pus. The actual name is convoluted. I did have reconstructive surgery on them two years ago. One is fine, the other is a disaster! So, still looking for a foot person.

They now have systemic antifungals that are quite effective. I had infected toenails and it worked...cleared them all up...the little toes are still abit off though. Go see a dermatologist about this. The treatment will be a series of pills along with improved foot care..change sox often..wash often..you probably know this by now already. The pills are a bit costly and its not guaranteed to work but if you've got a few thousand baht to put towards this its worth a try.

If you've got a chronic fungal infection - shouldn't you avoid wearing socks and shoes (at least in this climate) - just sandals. The UV from the sun hitting your feet will even help in getting rid of the fungus.
