i want to work as an mechanical engineer in thailand... how are the chances that this could be possible? they search many engineers in thailand ?

They mostly have alot of Thai engineers already so unless you have a specialty in which you are very experienced or have alot of managerial experience on large or technically advanced projects then it will be hard or not possible to find work. Just keep looking on the internet, newspapers, trade journal, etc.
