Girls See Kindness As Weakness ?

Recommended Posts

The best analogy (generalisation maybe) that I can find is that most Thai's (men and women) are like children.  They push the boundaries until you put your foot down. Let them get away with it and they take the extra mile!

I can't agree that this attitude is limited to Thais... pushing the limits is a very western attitude IMO.

And I certainly cannot agree that Thais are like children... that is a very Western and uninformed viewpoint... they are just different. :D

Som Nam Na... I thought you had been here in Thailand for a while... is that all you think you've learnt from the Thais?

:o

Sorry but have to generally agree with Som Nam Na. Love my wife dearly but some times she just pouts and is exactly like my daughter was when 10. Wanting everything in the candyshop even though she knows there is no way of having it.

Think it's a lot to do with having little childhood when she was young.

Besides have you seen some of the Thai tv progs. they all seem to find lots of guys, and guys dressed up as women hilarious. I think they just look like either The Chuckles Brothers or the Krankies on yaba :D

I know what you mean, but I think it's a Western generalization to call it "childish". :D

I've seen Thais of all ages, from the betel chewing old ladies, local monks, 40-50 year olds, 15-25 year olds, all heartily laughing at that stuff on TV... it's kind of contagious actually as I find myself laughing along with them too. :D

Sorry... :o there, but getting back to the idea of treating them like children, I think that you have to accept that Thai thinking and priorities in life are different from ours... they are "mind-trained" differently... they react to different scenarios in different ways... :D

Is kindness perceived as weakness... depends on the case IMO. I am kind to my partner, and she knows it... she has never been treated by any man like I have treated her (so she tells me anyway :D ). And I am certainly not weak... and she knows it. :D

Having said that... she has "tested the waters" or if you like "pushed the boundaries", as any female in a relationship from any country would do.

:D

As... dare I say it?... I have with her too.

:D

I agree with everthing you said except except this statement. :D:D

Really?

Have you ever been in a room full of people when everyone laughing their heads off... and not even managed a smile yourself? :D

Laughter is contagious... for me anyway.

And, I was referring to laughing with that Thais, not laughing at the antics on the TV set... just a point of clarification there.

:D

To all: Does your wife ar GF read "penny dreadfulls" (comics)?  :D

Yes... but not excessively. She has a bigger collection of fashion magazines than comic book stories.

In my opinion,

Give these thai girls absolutely nothing!!

In turn, get a rich older lady to pamper you!

Geez... where have I been...  Koh Samui, Singapore, Chiang Mai, Hong Kong, Australia, etc.... GIfts galore, in return for some sexual pleasure..  It doesnt hurt at all and I dont mind providing the service.

So many of the ladies would love to treat...  Not so bad being a boy toy!!!

Turok

priceless.... :D:D

I wish I could be happy with older models but due to my taste I have to say there is a cost factor to keep the current crop of Ms Harrys happy as I can't rely on my young good looks anymore! :o

Yes my wife reads these things all the time :D finds them highly amusing not sure why :D

She keeps a large collection and grabs one every time she goes to the toilet. Presumably to read :o

Maybe next time you should offer her the tissue roll from the dinner table instead, to see if she takes you up on the offer? :D
