OK, I'm not 100% computer savvy but I didn't think I was simpleton either!! I have my photo ready to put into my settings, the correct size, but it will not load.

Any suggestions?

Thinking back through previous posts , you are not alone , in both of your thoughts .

Moved to forum support.

Me too. I'm daft. Exactly same problem.

I locate the picture, click to Change Settings, and get thrown back to the forum.

I thought if I ignored it, the problem would go away....

The Avatar is OK, the Profile Photo is the problem...

We are aware of this issue.

while trying to delete his picture in the personal profile the member is redirected to forum overview

It is not possible to delete the existing picture or upload a new one

Please be patient.
