The Manah Manah muppet

Sax Player

Swedish Chef (for his infatiguable cultural mission of bridging the language gap and introducing Swedish cuisine to the global masses (his accent sounds more like Norwegian though...) :o

Never liked them, I always thought they were a "Corny Americanism", even at the age of 6

That's why it's so funny... :o .... IMO "Muppets Treasure Island" is one of the funniest films ever...

I saw this picture and it got me thinking about the muppets again...

My favorite muppet has got to be "beaker"... used to crack me up so much..(in fact looking at him in the picture, he seems to bear a resemblence to Scampy:w00t: )

Also got a soft spot for "swedish chef"...  :D

What? The muppets on Tv?

Or the muppets on TV(television)? :D:D:D:o

Animal....

he was based on Keith Moon the late legendary drummer of the WHO

Animal, Gonzo and who was the dude with the lieel green jacket and tiny orange dreads, Scooter? Anyways, those guys.

Beaker - Scamp :o

I loved that saxaphone player as he looked EXACTLY like an uncle of mine.

Everytime he appeared on the telly all my family wer in stitches.

Miss Piggy was a pain in the arse, as was kermit.

I liked Gonzo and Beaker

I always got confused between Muppets, Sesame St and Fraggles :o

My fav's were

Gonzo... his stupid daredevil stunts

Beaker..always felt sorry for him being Dr (Bunsen's?) labrat

The big monster guy with the fangs, huge mouth...always scared the crap out of me a kid

1) Statler & Waldorf  - the old guys in the balcony seats

2) Animal

3) Fozzie
