I want to be come a monk before i get married but i don't have much of vacation times.

Can i become a monk for one day?

Not sure about a day but I know of a thai man aged about 50 who entered the wat supposedly for the rest of his life and was back home in a week.

You can become a monk for 10 minutes if you want....but....the problem is that it takes a lifetime to learn how to do this.

Excatly... and once you cross that border, nothing can bring you back to this world... You try to come back, you'll end up destroying yourself.
