I don't think anyone here would recommend one tytus. The whole point of a webboard like this is to put those scammers out of business.

In any case, if you are able to do a tax return by yourself, then you shouldn't have any problems with the Australian migration process. Combine that with advice from websites like this, and you should be fine.

Emm i heard that there is 1 australian visa service in Silom run by a farang..but i forger the adress...anyway what kind of scams are there inthese service?? your suggestion is needed

Tytus i dont think they will acctuay scam you but they will take a shit load of money off you for doing something you can quite easily do yourself. I went and spoke to one in Bangkok and within 10 mins he was trying to get me to hand over 59000b. This did include a plane ticket for my gf even though she odviously didnt have a visa yet. Just do it with your gf mate. It really aint that hard. Just think of all the good things you can do with that money.

tytus ,log onto Australian Embassy Site and follow the promps to Aus Visa,s for Thai Spouse or fiancee. It will explain everything in plain english, save your cash and do it all yourself at Bangkok Embassy, If you are not married yet a fiancee visa allows 9months in Oz during which time you can get married then every thing is done in Oz.once you get your spouse or fiancee visa ,as soon as you arrive in Oz you can apply for an Extended Eligibility Temporary Visa which allows a stay of 2 years with the right to work,and after 2 years T/W is entitled to full residency,social security,medicare etc.
