How To Get A Loan

Featured Replies

We want to buy land and house in Phuket Island.

We have a good business, we live here since more than 5 years. As a maried couple (thai wife and foran 61 years old) we intend to borrow money.

Do you know a financial institution which can repect our incomes and give the necessary amount for that investment.

By the way our purchase would get garanties such as : chanote title and business incomes.

Do we need to take off our long turn ?

Try the Kasikorn Bank. My Thai Wife took out a mortgage for two houses for a twenty year period. They assessed the property and land were worth the value that we wanted to borrow and that her income could meet the mortgage payments - job done. Good luck.:)

OP you can not buy land in Phuket. Your wife can, but then you have to sign in Land office it belongs solely to her.

She can finance it in bank if she has sufficient income. They may accept you as a guarantor.

Its more easy to finance in large central approved projects like Land & House Phuket. L&H also happens to own L&H Bank, which usually finance 70% of the purchase amount.

You can read more about this, and may get more replies, in property thread

Good luck
