It appears to be unusual for Thai people to buy motorcycles cash, seems like you pay them of for like 2-5years, what happens to all those who offered themselves up for a lease and can not pay, where does these bikes go? Is there is some action here in Phuket?

I've been running around kata, karon.chalong, phuket town, but the market for used motorcycles do not seem to be too great, so where do these bikes go?

I was looking for a Honda Wave 125i a new cost 50000TBH, but there must be someone used such when the model seems very popular.

Maybe someone here knows a few places where you can run and check..

Most of the dealers in Phuket own the bikes until they are payed in full (pluss interest) by customer. So when not payed in time they take them back and sell them as secondhand.

Honda in Chalong at Chao Fa east close to Land & House has a used bike tent.

There are not many bike repos in Phuket.
