I am living in near Wat Chalong, I have been serching for swimming pool near by. I found 1 called Country home, very cheap , only 50 thb per time.

But every evening after finished my work around 6 o'clock, the swimming pool will full will all children who their parents take them for learning swim. Or even trainning for competition.

So, if possible to go swim in evening.

Another one i knew is in new resort near 5 Yak chalong, but they not open for people who are not their guest.

Does anybody can recommend me where i can find other swimming pool near Wat Chalong , or in Chalong area

not for doing laps, but friendship beach just after serenity terraces opposite the 7-11where you turn off chao fah to go to nai harn has a nice pool for taking a dip....there is a restaurant there (quite a good one at that-- healthy farang and thai), so all you have to do to swim and lounge is to have a nibble and drink/s. nice place.

there is a swimming pool in the land&house clubhouse. With the entrance fee of around 150 baht or membership fee around 15.000 Baht per year?? you can use the pool, gym, sauna and so on.

There is on at Chaofa Thanee village (opposite TOT office on chaofa west not too far from your house). There is another, bigger one, at the big village on the connecting road at the first traffic lights coming from your house going towards central. I beleive its 30 baht there.

That would be in Jom Thom on Thanon Kwang. There are also kids lessons there every evenings from 5pm onwards, same as Country Home.

And for the price of Land & House pool (150THB) you're better off going to Vijitt Resort; they were offering happy hour from 5-6pm (50% off drinks) and the pool is great for doing laps.

Perhaps you can time your swimming to start at 7pm as most swimming lessons would have ended by then.

called the resort they say you have to eat there or pay 900thb entrance fee....not exactly affordable in the long run.....

anyway still looking for a nice aircon gym close to chalong and a lab pool
