At around 10.30 pm last night(17/11/03) the local police distributed a two page document which is said to restrict the opening of bars here beyond 1 a.m. and prevents them opening before 6pm....It is also believed to contain references to the playing of music of music between certain times and also restaurants ability to sell beer between the hours of 2-6pm....Has anyone seen this document or has definitive answer on it??? So many different interpretations of it are going round the island that it's becoming difficult to know what to do...(All I really want to know is how anyone is going to see the Rugby World Cup final if all the bars are closed....)
