Updating Company Docs

Featured Replies

I went to have some amendments made to my land title deed recently, and was informed that my company papers have not been updated for 18 months.

To apply for any title deed changes the company documents must have been renewed within the last 2 months.

Can someone please tell me where i have to go to do this? I'm led to believe it could be the Ministry of Commerce, or a sub branch thereof, but am not positive. Somebody i spoke to mentioned Asok?

I need only basic renewal of docs, such as shareholder list, and nothing has been changed in the past few years so it should be a simple procedure of pressing print. (assuming such office has a network and is not running from filing cabinets and typewriters, as the land department was!)

(company registered in bangkok)

Many thanks in advance for any info...

Yes, the ministry of Commerce is the place to go.

Their site is here in Thai:

http://www2.moc.go.th/main.php?filename=index_design4

or at: http://www.moc.go.th

I'm sure they have a list of branches on their site somewhere..

My wife usually goes to a branch in a small soi somewhere off Silom Rd. to get the latest dated version of our documents.
