Unfortunately, there are enough people out there who enjoy posting tripe that its not surprising members are suspicious that this is a troll.

That said, to give this person the benefit of the doubt isn't necessarily a bad idea since we all know that this kind of scenario is not unusual. Women can feel insecure for several reasons and sometimes those reasons may be that their husband or boyfriend is giving them reason to be insecure. Or it may be a personal issue that makes them jealous and needy.

Only the OP, assuming its for real, can know for a fact if the scenario is real or not. Sometimes its best to take some time away and have a good hard think about yourself, your priorities and what you want.

I believe you can't have expectations on another person. You are going to get what you are going to get. You can have requirements however and if those requirements are not being met then perhaps its time to consider moving on.

alright, taking this at face value and based on what you have shared Malita here is my opinion

1. I dont think its unusual for colleagues to call each other by name. Yes in Thailand we may use Khun in addition to the first name, but if its an international company, often the Khun is dispensed with, especially if you have worked together for sometime.

2. Generally I dont see a reason to visit a partner's place of work - with the exception of - office Christmas parties where all partners are invited, but in some cases yes we also socialise together in the evenings. However, again this has happened in small office with few employees. IN bigger offices, the wives/husbands do not visit, except for Christmas parties, and/or office trips where the policy explicitly says partners welcome (for all employees).

other than that, I cant say if there is anything going on, but if you are only fearing the worse based on the 2 points you shared, then perhaps relax a bit and not worry too much too soon? ofcourse if there are other signs, thats a different story. As to her dressing......again I wouldnt use that to judge whether or not your husband is having an affair. Girls like to dress, and yes she may be trying to attract men including your husband, but as said...it shouldnt be used as the criteria to ascertain if your husband is cheating. A guy could sleep with his secretary who dresses conservative too...they dont need to advertise it to the entire office. Alternatively, she could be dressed in a very pretty way, yet there might not be anything going on.

Between the observations made by Malita about the husband's behavior, The HOT secretary (that he hired), The fact that said secretary would have much to gain by sleeping with the boss (how long might the boss resist temptation if the secretary decided she would like to move quickly up the company ladder?) I say unfortunately everything points to a real problem...

anyway, this concept of secretaries/women will sleep with the boss to get further up at work is all so pre-history!

a lot of women just like to dress up, simply cos they like beautiful things, and yes sure its nice to get attention from others - be it the opposite or same sex. but it does not mean that the intention is so they can sleep with the boss.

yes Im sure it happens, but as I said that may be happening regardless of how the women dress. if the guy is going to have an affair, he will. if hes not going to have an affair, even if the secretary looks like Halle Berry or Natalie Portman or whichever superstar, then Im sure he wont.
