3Gs Prices

Featured Replies

What are the current prices for the 3GS in BKK? I was thinking maybe they are becoming a good deal now since everybody is so hyped up over the latest iPhone? If the price is low enough I would consider getting one to give as a gift. Anybody know about new versus used, I am only looking for factory unlocked ones and not hacked phones.

Thanks

So the price really hasn't changed. I was hoping for a bit more of a deal than that with the iPhone 4 being on the market. Oh, well.

Hi

But i have seen used 3gs 32gb for 12.000 and up, on the net

The new iPhone 3GS with 8GB has just been released - new at True for 19,900 baht. Same price as in the UK, more or less.

BTW don't give anyone an iPhone from the internet - chances are it's jailbroken and they'll have a nightmare of a time with it, as in when they update the firmware, it locks and they have no phone.

Yeah I know what you mean Nikster. I will only buy in person. If I go to MBK and buy I used one if I see Cydia on it then it is a no go.

Hmm..... good way to figure out if it's factory unlocked or not! Or you could restore the firmware to the latest right then and there in the shop, then you'd know also.

Anyway why not get it from True or DTAC with warranty, is it that much cheaper at MBK for factory unlocked phones?

Thank you for stating the obvious Nikster. True or Dtac don't sell used phones do they?
