I So Suprised By Hk Imac Prices

Featured Replies

Guys,

Just 2 days in HK and i can't believe how cheap is the Electronic stuff here including Apple.

IMAC with 1T HDD, Quat Processor and 27" Screen is just 80k Thai Baht.

I just want to mention it here on T.V. cause its unbelievable, but true.

But still no IPhone 4 for a resonable price. Everybody says coming in early September in the Apple Stores.

Well however,

Bye bye

You should check out the prices in Thailand

Said quad core iMac is 73k baht here:

http://store.apple.com/th/browse/home/shop_mac/family/imac?mco=MTY5NjUyNjg

It's 81k if you add the Core i7 quad core (highest spec possible) so presumably that's what you saw for 80k baht. Still 1k baht difference is tolerable I think. Free shipping anywhere in Thailand and any authorized Apple dealer will give you the same price.

I guess the real surprise is - Mac prices in Thailand are actually pretty good!

Wooooow.. i didn't know that. I remember the time of 100k up. How is that possible??

Are those prices including VAT???

Yes they include VAT. I know prices in thailand have been surprisingly competitive for a while now. I am not complaining!! :)
