Cook Shops

Can anyone recommend a good cook shop in Bangkok, and I don't mean the cooking kitchen sections of Central or Paragon. I'm looking for a pie funnel, and baking sheet paper, but have not found them. Grateful for information. Thanks.

Or Emporium, having spent a fruitless half hour walking round their kitchen section yesterday being followed by one of the many staff in that area, who didn't know what a pie funnel was, but insisted on resting against the racks of other implements to watch me look, until I asked her to remove herself, so I could get have the most extensive search. The usual pain in the derriere shop (un)assistant....

if you go into the back - directly at the back - of sukhumvitt 33/1 there is a UFM baking school. They have a wholesale/trade counter. most baking utensils available as well as ingredients.

Second the UFM Baking school. Parchment paper and much more.

I don't think I've ever seen a real pie funnel in Thailand. Should be easy to order overseas and have it shipped here. Amazon has them for less than US $10.
