July 22, 201015 yr No, legalisation of docuemnts can only be done in Bangkok, at the consuar section of the ministry of Foreign Affairs. Most agencies that translate the documents also will take care of the legalisation for you. Contact a few in Bangkok and have hem do it for you.

Thanks for your help Bangkok Translation in Kao Rung will take care of it for without you having to go to Bangkok (they did it for me years ago).
