Car Parking Near Uk Embassy

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where the best place to park a car near the UK embassy ?

Thanks in advance

TB

I have parked in central chidlom and walked round.

Need to buy something to validate the parking on weekdays.

cheers

The Nai Lert Hotel. Just past the Embassy on the same side of the street.

Tip: if you walk through the lobby they will stamp your parking ticket for free.

Vanit Building (at the opposite end of Wireless road from Sukhumvit) also has parking (not free), but why not park at On Nut or Mo Chit (if they're on your way of course) and ride the skytrain?

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

you can also park across the street where there's a private club, forget the name, daytime parking available there.

i normally park at the homepro place on the corner opposite, get a stamp though from one of the shops in there

This is where I park. As you pass the embassy stay in the right hand lane & you will see a small club on the right hand side. Think it was 20 baht to park there.

Where, pray tell, do you find to park at Mo Chit? I normally see that monster public car park there absolutely jam packed, unless I happen to travel down really early.

These days I more normally take the Eastern Ring Road and use the new connection to the Ramintra-Ajnarong Expressway, motor on down and get off at the Sukumvit Soi 50 exit, and park at the Tesco-Lotus. That's free for three hours, then baht 50 per hour thereafter. Then catch the BTS Skytrain on into town.

Thanks, parked where you said. The name of the club is PENTZ (opposite Avis car hire) easy parking and 20thb as you said.
