The Patong Post Office on Rajuthit Road is just about finished with a big remodeling project. Most of the area on the ground floor has had PO Boxes installed. These will be available for rental soon. I'll go ask about the cost tomorrow.

Central 2nd floor in the banking section. Mail boxes ect. Or something like that you can rent a PO Box for up to a tear at a time
