The Royal Place Condo

Does anyone has any previous experience or is currently staying at this condo, or heard about this condo, would like to comment if this is a good place to stay in for a 6-month period? I am looking at a pretty new small condo (like 1 room or studio) to stay in and with condo facilities like pool, gym and which is close to amenities like supermarket, shopping but outside of touristy Patong.

I had looked at their website and the place seems good enough on screen but not sure if in reality, the place is really a good place to stay in? I will also need reasonable good internet access in order to work from "home" on some occasion so is also concern if there will be good internet connection at this condo. Who will be a good internet service provider in this area and what sort of internet plan pricing will l expect if I need a reasonable fast speed of about 3Mbps download and 512kbps upload to connect to sites in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.
