Diabetes Treatment

at bangkok pattaya hospital, the diabetes specialist is dr mayura tepkasetkul

consultation is now 600baht

you will need a blood test prior to seeing her

no food or drink after 12 midnight, water is Ok

next morning, ask for the blood test package at 1350, if charged seperately the required tests are 1750

it will take about 1 hour to process, so i tend to go early, give blood, ghet some breakfast somewhere and come back later rather than hang around in the hospital

the doctor knows here stuff but when you are talking to her she says yes a lot, writing whilst talking and appears to not really be listening

i find that annoying but try to make your questions specific to you and not generalised to diabetes and you will get a case specific answer rather than just the ''yes''

don't buy diabetes meds there unless you have to.

go to fascino on pattaya Nua near tesco/town hall/thai house restaurant

pay 50 baht for a member card then get 5% off on all purchases

saving around 40% on Bangkok pattaya's pharmacy prices

if she prescribes Januvia, fascino do not stock it anymore

you will have to get it from BPH or another hospital

its 90 baht a tab, one a day

i hope that helps

if you need more info or support Pm me
