Library'S On Phuket Or Other

I may be dreaming but thought I would ask:

Are there any public places such as a library or community center on Phuket that have WIFI access and a desk? I don't like the loud music of a cafe.

I work from home but like to work outside the house 3 times a week.

If not can you recommend a simple clean quiet office space to rent. I prefer Phuket town or south to Chalong.
