kunash
hi, i am thinking of planning a holiday with my thai girlfriend. are there any countries within asia that she does not require a visa to travel to, for a short holiday. or if she does have to apply, it would be a very easy visa to get. can you give me a list of countries pls. or maybe she would require a visa for any where outside thailand. i am not sure thanks
theoldgit
Most, if not all of the Asean countries, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bali are amongst the most interesting ones my girlfriend has visited, visa free, The Maldives is another option. This is a regular topic so you might want to do a search, though I'm sure there will be loads of suggestions.

Not sure how long Thai nationals can stay in ASEAN countries without a visa. Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines are one month, I think. MidoriApple
Russia..too.. South Korean..too.. Woww..cruise trip, sounds so good! I just known Peru and South Africa don't need Thais for visa Applying.. See? How lucky you are, being a Farang? Can travel all around the world without complicate docs needed, or at least less. And also the complex when entering other countries. Not fun really, I had bad experience in JFK once. P.S. Pls don't be minded I called "Farang", I don't mean any bad. Farang means caucasian and me, I don't mind being a chintok.

Going the Casino is not really going into Cambodia is it ??.....more of a no mans land between Thailand and Cambodia, hence the reason you dont need a visa

Hahahaha, I guess by a real country, he/she meant where those old men that retire in Pattaya came from. Or where a B100 will not get you off a speeding ticket and most places you would never be called a 'hansum' man by girls half your age, even if you name is Alan Greenspan.
