Anybody who takes any sort of drugs in Thailand has to be totaly deranged.If someone is addicted to a particular drug(includes spliff)then do not come to Thailand

Use to socialize with a couple of police sergeants {Sukhothai days} whom clearly were running the local trade. Everyone new it.....in time the local pressure to jail or dismiss them was great. Naturally, they were transferred to another locale. Police and local drug trade. Nothing new.

You are allowed to indulge in the 2 drugs that are responsible for millions of deaths worldwide annually, Tobacco and Alcohol.

No problem as the government make so much money in tax, they're legal.

No experience really in Thailand. Sometimes am approached by street dealers. Sometimes notice Thais on yaabaa. That's it.

I once bought a beer from a mom and pop store between the hours of 2 pm and 5 pm.

But I promise I'll never do it again.

Drugs.... baaaaaad drugs....
