BN, have been absent, was partaking of the sea air down in Bang Saen.

It would be too easy to post On The Beach, however I prefer this, nice slide guitar from Chris.

I can only guess Chris never made it to Thailand before writing this song.

rgs, last time I went to Bang Saen a couple of years ago I could hardly see the sea for plastic bags. Years before that it had improved when Kamnan Poh was running the show but after he fled the scene due to a murder rap the plastic bags re-emerged. Oh well.

Chris Rea, what is it he has to endure every day because of pancreatic cancer? Something like 7 injections and 14 different types of pills, sheeesh.., now he's a good example of the best characteristics of those born on either side or above the Pennines, namely northern grit, never mind Northern Rock.

Whilst you've been immersing yourself in the Gulf of Thailand I'm still mired in a sea of Hegel's logic which looks like it will run till Songkran. Still it's shown me how fascism, Nazism , Socialism etc all emerged from that German 19th thinking of Hegel where the fulfillment (and subjection) of an individual lay in a group or institution.

Whatever happened to DB? Probably doing time in Blighty for not wearing a motorbike helmet or even worse, putting his pet Jack Russell in the basket in the front of his Honda Wave.

Actually he probably got sent down for playing Ivor Cutler too much.

Whatever,blood, sweat ...and guitars

BN, its been cleaned up, what a joy to visit.

No ladyboy pickpockets harrassing tourists under the coconut trees, no rip off jet skis, no annoying Indian tailors touts, no dildos or wiagla for sale, no 3 foot high Zippo lighters etc etc.

There is a fat woman up my way who shoves her even fatter dogs around in a rot ken from Tesco/Lotus.

Another has the dog sit in the footwell of the Wave.

Ivor Cutler lol, ode to an oatcake or something as enlightening.

Hegel, LOL. I am because I am.

The meaning of Being.

The meaning of Essence.

The meaning of Reflection.

LOL, it sounds almost Buddhist.

While you are struggling with Dialectics, others pondered the same ploblem, dialectial materialism.
