Nok Air Refund

Has anyone had any experience with getting a refund from Nok Air, they cancelled my flight six weeks ago, and told me the refund would take four weeks. I have emailed them twice and so far have not received any reply

I had the same experience, they finally refunded my credit card after 8 weeks, even though they said it can take 4 weeks.

With Thai Airways going in to joint venture with Tiger of Singapore, you have to wonder where that leaves Nok?

Back in February I had bought a ticket with Thai online for Chiang Mai to Mae Hong Son and on arrival at the airport found it was being operated by Nok.

The return trip was cancelled due to smoke haze, and Nok wouldn't refund advising Thai would refund because they sold the ticket. The Thai office was a hundred metres from my digs in CM so I spoke with their rep and she said they'd have to talk with Nok, and it started to look like I was going to be given the runaround. Thai also couldn't contact their BGK office due to the riots, etc., so I'd all but written it off, returned home, and a month later received a credit to my card account.

Not the same circumstances but worth passing on.

Does anyone have an email address of Nok Air? I've called at least 30 times for a refund of 11 tickets issued in August 2011 for flights to Nakorn Phanom which they cancelled in November due to floods? I've been waiting for 12 weeks now.
