PATTAYA: -- The decomposed body of a newborn baby was discovered at a Pattaya Rubbish Dump on Monday Morning. The corpse was discovered by a worker at the Dump, Khun Mayooree aged 43, who was sifting through refuse when she discovered the body inside a plastic bag and wrapped in a white towel.
