It says on the immigration site that you are meant to send in copies of all passport pages, do they want this in practice or just the relevant ones? main page, visa, tm6 and last entry etc. I used to take all copied pages for extensions of stay but they have always not wanted blank and irrelevant pages, just wondering if by post is different.
