Any news about the Peak, Coconut, Himmapan?

Peak, Coconut, Himmapan

Peak - Land is currently on the market for around 15 Million THB

Himmapan - This was the new ' Name ' for the Peak, and is currently a scraped project

Coconut - The villas that go down to the beach are being finnished off, the owners there have now taken over the managment, not sure those about the other houses/ villas to the other side that are lying derelct.

Happy to know the good performance of the property market in Samui

I think the Koh Som project has ground to a halt. I have been over there a few times in the last couple of months and

it all seems closed up although the very nice lady who seems to live there usually manages to rustle up a beer or two.

It seems a pity that the island management didn't keep to the basic thatched roof bungalow accomodation which was in place rather than tearing it all

out and trying to make it into an expensive resort with a complex infrastructure.
