August 25, 201015 yr thai lady with 2 yr old baby has been married to to husband and living in uk on eea family permit for 3 years, has 5 year resident permit with 2 more years remaining, this lady has been seperated from husband due to "battery and physical abuse" can thai lady now apply for indef leave to remain based on these circumstances ? she is working, has baby with uk passport, uk government cannot send her back to thailand as she has to remain with baby. any help or advice much appreciated. thankyou
